Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a mix of experiences. The rooms were beautiful, large, and airy with a fabulous en-suite, but the reception area was small, which was not ideal for a 5-star service. The service, with courteous and well-trained staff, was exactly what we wanted, especially our helpful porter, Jakub. The location in the heart of Old Town Vilnius was exceptional, right on the central square, offering easy access to the city's attractions. The dining experience was good but could have been more elaborate. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers beautiful, large, airy rooms with a fabulous en-suite, but they are way too dark. The service was amazing, with staff who knew exactly what we wanted and were very friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional, right on the most central square of historic Vilnius, close to must-see places and restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional, offering meals to suit all tastes, but there were issues with cold food on the first day.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, putting us right in the heart of Old Town, but the rooms were disappointingly dark, making it hard to find our belongings. The service was friendly, though some staff could benefit from additional training. The dining offered excellent breakfast options but lacked variety for a 5-star establishment.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast, but the initial room situation was a downside. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, offering great service and going the extra mile. The location was exceptional for exploring the city, although the attic rooms could be challenging. The dining experience was inconsistent, with room for improvement, but the artisan bread was a highlight.
The hotel is situated right on the most central square of the historic Vilnius, a stone's throw from the must-see places in the city and restaurants. The rooms were lovely, with plenty of light and fresh air, although the service didn't quite live up to 5-star standards. The staff was amazingly friendly, especially our porter, Jakub, who was very helpful. The dining could have been better, as some meals were not up to par, but the location was undeniably awesome.
